Our services
Vindico LLC provides digital advertising management (including Google Ads campaign strategy, build, and management), software development, and related consulting and holdings activities. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Vindico and the client; these Terms supplement, and do not replace, any such agreement.
Client accounts and authorization
Where we manage advertising or other accounts on a client's behalf, the client authorizes Vindico to access and operate those accounts solely for the agreed services. Accounts and their data remain owned by the client, and the client is responsible for their own advertising spend, billing, and platform relationships.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.
Data and confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as needed to perform the services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Website content and materials are owned by Vindico or its licensors. Ownership of deliverables is governed by the applicable client agreement.
Disclaimers
The services and website are provided 'as is.' We do not guarantee specific advertising results; performance depends on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vindico's total liability arising from the services or these Terms will not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
